Deep Sleep Routine: Steps to De-puff and Start the day
lowering cortisol, face yoga, oral hygeine, rebounding to waken the lymphatic system, movement, and herbal tinctures
Perhaps I have slowly started to stray away from being a very lively morning person? Or maybe it is because the mornings are beginning to feel like winter and the days are shorter.
So in order to continue feeling my best through every season I have cultivated a deep form of self-care through my morning and night routine.
An evening that I skip moisturizing my body and dry brushing (even though in certain moments it can feel time consuming) is a night where I don't nurture myself. Having discipline in everyday routines builds confidence, and maintaining the proper sleep hygiene during the winter is so crucial for my mental.

AM Routine:
Oil pull + coconut oil + mouth wash + floss + brush teeth
I pat on all my lymphatic area like the shoulders, neck, hips, back of the kneess, and ankles
Jump in place / Rebound for 2 minutes (sounds crazy I know) but just have to do what works and it helps if you’re someone who wakes up swollen most of the time.
Face Yoga with Active Botanical Serum and Beauty Shamans exercises for the face
Ice bath or Ice roll the face
Skincare Routine little bit of concealer, blush, and a lip liner
Hydrate with lots of room temperature water even though I prefer ice cold
some mornings I add a lemon and pinch of salt
PM Routine:
Dry Brush neck and full body
Warm Everything Shower with eucalyptus essential oils
Hair & Scalp Brush to stimulate hair growth and deeply cleanse the scalp / reduce build up
Hot bath with the entire bag of Epsom salt to relax muscles / love this for when I am sore / want to detox.
Moisturizer and lather the body: recent favorite body balm — dare I say its my all time favorite for the night time? (their body oil is great too)
Warm Chamomile tea with honey and little bit of A2 milk (iykyk)
Slip into my favorite matching pajamas
Braid my hair to protect from breakage and wake up with a little natural bend in it.
